called me on the telephone asking if they gave me a full refund would I cancel my complaint to youI now have the full refund and am therefore satisfied with my response from them.Thank you Revdex.com! Before I made my complaint to you APVI had told me to go to hellAfter I made it, they couldn't refund me fast enough

The customer is entitled to a full refund since the passport was not issued on time. Refund will be issued today.
