As chairperson of District 24 D [redacted] and President of [redacted] Club, I have ordered patches from American Patch and Pin for the last five years. Aside from the excellent product, the owner is personable, charitable, and stands behind the workmanship of the company. Though our [redacted] Club orders are small, we are made to feel that they are as important as any. Thank you [redacted], president, for your excellent service and kindness to our organization.

Great product and excellent customer service through the design process. Would totally recommend and us again.

I am a 13U Travel Baseball team mom and started searching for a company that could create a patch for our team uniforms honoring the life of one of our baseball player's 10 year old brother who had lost his five year battle with cancer in Feb. I stumbled upon American Patch and Pin while searching the internet and sent an email inquiring. Within a day, the President of American Patch and Pin, Gary, sent me a personalized email with his condolences and said that he would provide the patches to our team without cost. This was one of the most generous and kind gestures I had ever known of, especially from someone who does not know our team. When the patches were presented to the team and to the family who lost their son, it was a very emotional time. Thank you, American Patch and Pin, and thank you Gary for showing all of us what true kindness is all about. I am so happy to have found you! Jeanette, 13U Team Mom

Review: After placing an order in late April, a check was cut to the company for the full amount and sent out in the first week in May. The president of the company, [redacted], promised us that the order would be fulfilled within 5-7 days, and we are only one shipping day away so we'd receive our order in less than two weeks. Having received nothing by June 10, I contacted [redacted] on the phone and he had no recollection of me, my company, or our order, after I had dealt with him quite a bit leading up the actual placing of the order. Eventually I must have refreshed his memory, and he confirmed that he had received a check but gave no explanation for where our order was. He emailed me later that day and said he "put another 100 into production", and would try to ship them out on Monday (6/17). As of today, 6/21, we have not received a phone call, an email, or our product.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund.

Patches were shipped out to customer on 6/26/2012

Review: The patches and pins that were delivered late and were not correct even after both myself and the President of American Patch and Pin reviewed the artwork before going to production. Last year I dealt with this company and had no issues as well as everything turning out great. This year I started the process in April to allow time for both myself and for the company to get everything lined up. I sent the new logo to be used and also explained that this is for a new year as well. The artwork sent back to me looked correct and I had the event coordinator review it as well. After going back and forth on the e-mails, I paid for the merchandise on May 3rd, the money was taken out of my account on May 9th. As of May 28th I had not received anything and asked what the shipment status is and I was told that it would be shipped out on May 29th. I received the patches and pins on June 2nd and when I opened the main package I found that the patches and pins were the wrong picture. I tried to contact the company again and my calls were being ignored. My husband was finally able to reach someone at the company but his e-mails are going unanswered as well. There is less than 5 days till the event and there is no time to find someone else to make the patches and pins for the event. I have all of the e-mails documenting the proof between both parties.Desired Settlement: I would prefer the patches and pins be replaced and delivered to me prior to the event to resolve the issue at hand, but at this point I don't see it happening. I should receive a refund of most of the money since both the mistake of providing the wrong design on the end product and the delay in shipping have caused this to go past the point of no return. If the product was shipped wrong, but was shipped on time, this could have been dealt with by shipping it back and having it corrected!

I am are sorry that this unfortunate incident occurred.

Review: I contacted [redacted] at American Patch and Pin on June 17th 2013 to order 200 trading pins for my son's baseball team. On July 3rd 2013 I contacted [redacted] to find out why the pins had not been delivered yet. He let me know that the pin order was misplaced and that he would refund the team's money ($485). On October 29th the refund check was to be sent in the mail to me but I have not received it. It is now November 13th and I have yet to get a refund for the order. My emails inquiring about the refund are going unanswered by [redacted]. The kids on the team worked hard to raise money for their World Series baseball trip and that money was sent to [redacted] to buy trading pins for them to share with other teams in the tournament. It was unfortunate that the mistake happened and the boys didn't have pins to trade. However, now I feel that money has been stolen from the boys as the pins were paid for and were never received. I would simply like the money refunded to the team.Desired Settlement: refund of $485 to the card provide to [redacted]

Review: I ordered commemorative patches from American Patch and Pin in March to take to Japan. I was assured that the patches would be delivered to me prior to leaving for Japan. They did not arrive in time, in fact were not shipped until after leaving date. Upon my arrival home from Japan, I spoke with [redacted], president of American Patch & Pin. He apologized and he said he was happy to refund 50% of cost of the order for 200 patches ($250.00 paid on 15 March 2014)and I should keep the patches, (unfortunately I didn't count til later, only 100 patches were ever delivered). I also have this in an e-mail from [redacted]. Since that time, there has been no response from the company to e-mail and phone calls. The product is very nice, the company policies of customer service and refunds abysmal. I would like a full refund at this point and will never recommend this company.Desired Settlement: At this point a full refund of $250.00.

The $150 refund was posted as a credit instead of a refund and the issue was marked as closed. I’ll make sure that not only will the $150 be refunded but the full purchase price of $250.00. The patches will not have to be returned. [redacted], PresidentAmerican Patch and Pin[redacted]

Our company had patches made 10 years ago and we finally ran out. We needed to order more but we wanted the new ones to match the 10 year old ones for continuity. Gary and his team worked with us to match our old patches perfectly! They even sent us some samples of the new patch for our approval before we purchased our order. They really went above and beyond. We will be using them again in the future for sure!

Review: Our softball team ordered pins from this company. Yes, we did have an issue paying for the pins, I couldn't get some of my parents to pay for these pins. Gary cancelled our order when the credit card did not process and did not inform me that the order was cancelled. I gave him new information to process the order and he told me that I should receive the pins by the date I requested as long as the credit card processed. It did, and I never received the pins. When I emailed him and asked if we were still on track, that is when he told me that our pin order had been cancelled. I had him change the ship to address to the hotel in [redacted] so we could have them before our pin trading ceremony. He then informed me that we would not get them in time for the ceremony. I told him to go ahead and send us the pins, that night I held a parent meeting and told the parents about the situation. They decided as a group to cancel the order. I emailed Gary the next morning informing him of our teams decision. He was upset because he had already shipped them. I asked him several times for the address to return them to and on the 3rd email he finally gave me the shipping information. We shipped them back and I asked for a refund. He then informed me that he would process our return when he returned from vacation which would be tomorrow. I emailed him the other day asking if he could refund the money to the team account credit card and he said no but would mail a check. I asked him to next day it to me and he then said that he was on an extended vacation. I then informed him that I would be turning him in to the Revdex.com. He has his product back and we feel like he is refusing to refund us our money. I have all the emails if you need proof.Desired Settlement: We want ALL of our money back. He took his time getting us our product and now that he has it back he is taking his time getting us our refund. We want it in a check sent out NEXT day. He can make the check out to me - [redacted]

Gary at American Patch and Pin was great. I was new to ordering patches and he was extremely helpful. The final product turned out great and we are very excited to have them sewn onto the team's new uniforms. I would highly recommend ordering and working with this company as they are professional and easy to work with.
