I am rejecting this response because:I never received the letter by mail or the email message! Or a call back for that matter! The business foreman on the job told me the sweepers were working for them and that I should contact Mr *** right away, so I could file a claim. Im sorry, but I do not agree with their handling of this matter.
I've already responded once on your website, but maybe it didn't go through. We denied her claim based on the fact we did not own or operate the sweeper that caused her damage. She should have contacted the operator of the sweeper and got his information. We sent out a denial letter explaining our position and she doesn't agree with our stance. Why should we pay for damage we're not responsible for?
