At this time, I have been contacted directly by American Paving, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

It took me three messages with American Paving to get a call, and I was the one the contract was held withThey did
call after I filed this complaint however my mother passed away April *** and have been unable to reach them when I call backThere is no resolution, they blamed it on the plowing company and the external civil engineer said it was nothing to do with plowing but with the crush laid before the blacktopThe plowing company also tried to reach American pavingThere is no resolution to the driveway buckling withtin months of a new driveway being put in.

Review: I contracted them in June 2014 to do the job they took four months to schedule when they did the job they did an inferior job, there is a huge buckle because they did not do the crush under the driveway correctly. They refuse to fix the driveway and I contracted a whole new driveway for commercial use and it should have held up it didn't.Desired Settlement: To repair the damage from the faulty installation
