Review: I contacted American loans to help me apply for a loan. They had told me to get a [redacted] reload card and I put 431.00 dollars on it for them to transfer 5000.00 into my bank account. Then I was contacted by them telling me I need to pay them another 305.00 dollars to get an 7000.00 loan which I did not request and I refused to pay them anymore money. I asked them to kindly refund me my 431.00 dollars and they told me they could not do that or I would have to pay 200.00 dollars more as a cancellation fee. I refuse to give them anymore money. They are very difficult to deal with and the person I was talking with is [redacted] at ###-###-####. I am not getting anywhere with them and I am pretty sure this is a scam and I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome I would like is to be refunded my 431.00. Review: I applied for a loan at Payday American Loan, they ask for 207.00 so I can get the loan so I got the money put it on a Vanilla Reload Network card. They took the money and then said that we had to show another 312.00 so I said no I want to cancel the loan and want my 207.00 refund back now they can't refund my money back. Review: [redacted] of American pay day loans contacted me saying I could get a loan of up to 5000.00. I was told to get a [redacted] card to make an initial payment. I did as I was asked I called and gave him the number off the card and hekept me on hold when he returned to the line he told me that I needed to make another payment since my credit score was low after the first two payments I recieved no money in my account. I called [redacted] at ###-###-#### and told him no money was in my account. He called me back asking for some more money because they had to do a [redacted] I refused and asked for a refund I was tild it eould take two business days. Now I have contacted him again at the above number provided and now im suppose to send 250.00 for the taxes on the loan. I said no and he said then I cant get a refund on the money I have paid to themDesired Settlement: Refund of the money I paid and for this company to be shut down permenantly

Review: AMERICAN LOAN COMPANY DOES MISS LEADING GRANT LOAN ,THAT THE COMPANY SAY ITS A GOV.GRANT LOAN. WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG RIGHT OFF BAT, DURING THIS TIME I WAS IN NEED OF MONIE TO PAY OFF SOME BILLS RIGHT AWAY. DID'NT APPLY ON LINE OR ANYTHING. RECEIVED A CALL FORM THIS COMPANY OUT THE BLUE, I WAS TOLD IN ORDER TO RECEVED THIS GRANT OF 5000.00 I NEEDED TO SENTED 250.00 DOLLAR TO GET RECEIVE THE GRANT AND OCCUR I DID.THUR [redacted] IN MIN. AFTER THAT RETURN CALL BACK TO COMPANY ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT I NEEDED TO SEND ANOTHER DESPOSIT OF 150.00, THEN AGAIN ANOTHER 250.00 TRUTHING THIS GREAT PERSON OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS TIME WHICH WAS THE SAME PERSON LEADING ME TO SEND MONEY THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO SEND IN FRIST PLACE, THINKING THAT I WOULD GET LOAN TO REPLACED MONEY THAT WAS SEND PLUS THE FEES .Desired Settlement: RETURN OF THE MONEY SEND AND FEES.

Review: american payday loans offered me a $5000 loan but kept asking for deposits. in the end I gave them $705. when they said they couldnt put the money in my account and that they had used western union. They wanted another $600. I could not give them this because I had given them all of my money.. the people I talked to were, [redacted] the loan officer and [redacted] the accountant manager. the number they gave me to call was [redacted]. after I would not give them this last payment they stopped accepting my calls. I would like my money back and for this fake company to be stopped.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and for this fake company to be stopped

Review: I applied for a payday loan and was approved. They stated that since my credit score was low I should make the first payment up front. I followed their instructions and made the payment. I was told the money would be in my account in 1 hour. After waiting the whole night I contacted them. No contact from them. The senior loan officer was very rude and said I had a Hold on my funds due to an outstanding bill that I needed to clear with another payment. I declined to send them any more money and asked for my payment back. They claimed that was impossible and that my Creditors Took It. How is this possible if they cant tell me which creditors I am owing???Desired Settlement: I want the payment I made back. And I believe that they should not be allowed to continue these deceptive practices against needy consumers. There should be some kind of red flag by their business name. The amount I paid was $282.00.

Review: They continuously call my business line claiming to be the US Federal Government and that I have money to collect.
