Don’t believe their Sales Pitch! My controller and Senior Programmer had 2 initial meetings with them and they were excited to tell me about the benefits of switching to APS. I had a final meeting with them where they promised to provide our company with all of the tools and features we already had so I gave the go ahead to make the switch. Switching over to APS for our existing Merchant Service provider was not a good experience. APS neglected to inform us until after we had implemented their merchant services into both our ERP and eCommerce systems that they had made a critical change to how credit card processing would be handled. We were left with a transaction method that did not coincide with our business practices and the in-place functionality of our systems. The fact that the pre-existing nature of our systems and business practices where shared with and agreed upon by APS, prior to implementation, only makes the resulting circumstances more unfortunate and unjustified. Furthermore, during our attempts to resolve the issues that arose after the implementation, no alleged solution that was provided by APS proved successful. Ultimately, we were forced to switch back to our previous merchant service. This experience came at great cost and irritation to both or customers and employees. Had we known the information that APS neglected to share with us until it was too late, we could have avoided the time, money, and frustration that was wasted during this ordeal. In my last call with the CEO of APS, I was told that they would reimburse our company for up to $25,000 in expenses. Our controller submitted a bill (close to $20,000) from all of the website and ERP consultants and programmers only to be told that they would not pay it. At this time we are considering legal options to hold them accountable since what we experienced was a nightmare for our employees and our customers. I highly recommend that you run from this company it they approach you to switch to their merchant services, don’t fall for the bait and switch from their sales team!

Review: This company operates in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the CAN-SPAM law.

The company continues to send unwanted e-mails and make unwanted phone calls.

The company DOES NOT COMPLY with the CAN-SPAM act because they send multiple unwanted e-mails even after being asked to stop. Furthermore they do not include any way to "unsubscribe" from their unwanted spam. Lastly they call people on the Nation Do Not Call ListDesired Settlement: This company SHOULD NOT have an A+ rating from the Revdex.com when it continues to violate federal law.

They need to comply with the law. They need to stop contacting consumers in violation of the law. And lastly they need to have a lower rating from the Revdex.com to reflect their unethical and illegal activities.
