Now what does that say for the Pearson name, Maybe I need to contact their people because even one unsatisfied customer can have a big effect on a company I will settle for half of my repair bill, this would be considered good customer service $is half of my bill I will not disclose the name of the repair shop You may contact me and will give you that name and they can make a check out to me for the above amount If you should need a copy of the bill I can provide thatThank you

To Whom it may concern Ms*** was given a month or mile warranty at no cost to the customerIn the month of May customer stated there was a problem with her vehicle and she scheduled and attended an appointment with Pearson HyundaiWhile at
the service department they noticed that the customer had put more than miles on her vehicle which meant that she was out of warrantyAs an act of good faith Pearson Preowned is going to repair Ms***s vehicle at no cost to the customer

Revdex.com spoke with the business who stated that when they sell a vehicle, they keep a copy, and give the customer a copy of their "we owe" form, stating what the deal includes and what they owe the customer as part of the dealIn this case, the manager stated that there was nothing outstanding on the
form, but in good faith, they are providing floor mats for the customer and having a key madeAs far as the tired, the business states they passed state inspection and did not require replacement when they sold the customer the vehicle

that response. They have only offered a trade in and they would pay off the reminder of my lian, however I only have 4,000.00 left on my current car. It doesn't make since to trade the vehicle in when my loan Is almost over.And why in my right mind would I get a car from the same company that stiffed me with a recalled vehicle? I'm asking that they pay the reminder of my loan off and let me take the car somewhere else as a trade in.. not only that they are forcing me to take whatever they have on the lot and both cars a [redacted] and [redacted] are down grades from my [redacted].

Pest Control. The office mangers husbank had been in a bad car accident and she was out taking care of the problems her family was having. The owner was out sick with the flu and was only in the office for a short time each day. I was assured there was no problem with the transmission by multiple people at your business. I would not have bought the vehicle knowing there was in fact a problem with the transmission. Also, the repair company still says they have no record of ever working on it. No one can honestly tell me where it is at this point so I'm making payments on a car that no one can find. This is unacceptable.

Mr. [redacted] and another have spoken to me on two occasions pertaining to this issue. Although we at the Pearson Dealerships empathize with customers who run into mechanical problems with their vehicles. There are limits defined by both time and miles concerning warranty coverage. During...

both discussions  I informed them that our coverage on the vehicle was 3 months or [redacted] miles comprehensive and 12 months or [redacted] miles powertrain. Mr. [redacted] has had the vehicle for more than 12 months and has driven well in excess of [redacted] miles. Mr. [redacted] was also given the opportunity to purchase extended coverage at time of sale but declined. Many customers do invest in this type of coverage for protection against unexpected mechanical issues like this one. Mechanical repair of any vehicle outside of it's warranty period is the responsibility of the owner. I do regret that Mr. [redacted] has had a mechanical issue with the vehicle but in no way is the Dealership responsible. Jeff W[redacted]
