American Phoenix Hardwood Flooring

We hired Able to refinish our hardwood floors throughout our rental property that have been covered by carpeting for years. After being on site, we asked if he could refinish a bay window that had water damage to it and also add approaches into the bathroom and kitchen to make up for the height difference by removing the carpeting. Able agreed to complete all the work for a price of $1,500. We paid him 1/2 in cash, and left the remaining 1/2 for him on the day he claimed he would be finished.
When we went to examine the work, he never installed the approached he agreed upon and was paid for.
He kept saying he would show up and finish and never did.
Beware of this guy. Get your price and list of work itemized and in writing if you work with him.
