About 2013 or 2014 (can't remember when exactly) I ordered a backlit clock. I received an order confirmation, my account was charged, and I never received my clock. I sent countless inquiries which were never answered. I never received any shipping notices. Eventually the site disappeared entirely. I had to dispute the charge with my credit account. Now I see the site is back up and running. I've sent a few email inquiries about sundry things, never getting a reply of any kind.
