I have  read the response below and the information that the business has provided in regards to their shipping  is incorrect and falsely advertised see below for what they have posted.
I have the emails from when the item was supposedly “shipped” which was 24
hours after I made the purchase however there was only a shipping label created
but the item was never brought to [redacted] that same day! They actually brought and shipped the item
on 6/17 after I called numerous times. They guy "[redacted]" said their was a shipping department issue and he would call me back 30 min later to let me know what was going on. He never did. I received an email with a tracking number and [redacted] notified me the item was shipped, again this was 8 days after my original purchase date of 6/10. It was delivered in 3 business days. I had called [redacted] and they told
me that ground shipping is in fact 1-3 days so the statement that this business is
saying it could take 8 days is wrong. They also advertised on their website that the
8.99 shipping was for 1-3 days shipping. Otherwise I would have never paid the
extra money. Here is the [redacted] tracking information that clearly shows that a label
was created when I purchased the item but never followed through with the drop
off not even 48 hours as he also stated in his email (another lie)   [redacted]

There still is no address provided for returns. I refuse to play phone tag with this so called company . I want the full 8.99 refunded before I go an return the item. I don't have any confidence that I will get a refund for the remaining 84$. I will not deal with the company directly about this matter. This is why I chose the Revdex.com for help in the matter.  
Here is the receipt from 6/10 right after the order saying it was  "shipped" Also notice the phone number on the receipt is wrong! After waiting over a week for my item I called and called and researched the phone number and then I received an email with the [redacted] tracking information that is listed above. Bottom line this company is still trying to conceal their return address and is trying to say they are no falsely advertising their shipping rates. I want my money back.
