Dear Ms [redacted] , I am excited to respond to this ridiculous complaintI personally did this delivery at 4:in the morningSo I know exactly how this delivery was done [redacted] did call in a deliveryShe used Ms [redacted] ’s credit card to make the purchaseThis transaction did not cost her any of her own moneyShe originally gave American Pie Pizza the incorrect address to do the deliveryAfter I realized that she was calling from a different LaQuinta than she told us on the phone I drove to the correct Laquinta to do the deliveryWhen I pulled in to the Laquinta parking lot there was three Bloomington Police vehicles arresting peopleAs it turns out they were from the room I was delivering the pizza toWhen I knocked on the door of the room I was told to deliver to Ms [redacted] answered the doorShe was aware of the pizzaI asked her to see the credit card and her picture ID to match our delivery slipEverything matched our delivery slipI left the pizza with herI left the hotel to drive back to American Pie PizzaWhen I was on my way back my dispatcher called to see if there was a problemI told him I delivered the pizza to the correct room to the person that the credit card belonged toHe told me that a intoxicated woman was on the phone and wanted me to deliver her pizza on a side streetI told him it was already delivered to the roomHe explained the situation to [redacted] She did not like what happened and kept calling back making threats and was very foul mouthedWhen I got back to the store she was still calling us with threatsI took a few of the calls and tried explaining to her what happenedBy now she was at homeHer apartment is at least a half mile away from the hotel not a blockShe called us for hours making threats Here is a list of untruths that [redacted] is telling Wrong address of delivery location We delivered the pizza to the correct location It was not her credit card [redacted] did not lose out on any money American Pie was very courteous the first phone calls She does not live one block away from the hotel Everyone at American Pie Pizza strives to be professional and courteous to all of our customersAmerican Pie Pizza delivers more food than any restaurant in the countryWe are the best at getting orders delivered to the correct address in a timely fashionWhen customers make it almost impossible we still get them doneWe did everything we could do to get this pizza delivered and we did deliver it to the room that we were told to deliver it toIt was delivered to the woman who paid for it [redacted] made the delivery almost impossibleNow she is wasting the Revdex.com’s valuable timeNow I am wasting more of my valuable time writing this responseAll this wasted energy on a small pizza that cost $What a joke Todd [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] go. When he did make it to work. He ate during every shift. He never complained about the food he ate. He brought home food to his family. His family ordered from the store multiple times. They received free or discounted food each time. Never complained about the quality. Then after Mr. [redacted] had to pay full price there was a problem. He brought the food home,his family found out they paid full price, then there was a problem with the quality. He states in his complaint that he would have excepted remade food. That is incorrect. He just wanted a refund. He knows the food was perfect. American Pie Pizza did 81,000 food deliveries last year. Has the Revdex.com ever received a complaint about the quality of our food, dirty oil or any other complaint about or food? I don't think so. We are open 24 hours. We deliver more food than anybody. We deal with scammers each and everyday. We do not let the scammers win. We win. They are unhappy because they always get their way until they try to scam American Pie Pizza. We do not let it happen. First and foremost I want you to know that we do not keep any of the CC info once we hit the process CC button. So we do not have any of your CC info in our system. Also no one at...

American Pie Pizza is going to retaliate. We do not and never will run our business that way. If someone did do something on their own and I found out they would be terminated immediately. American Pie Pizza does hundreds of CC transactions a day. I’m sorry that there was a problem with you and your friends card. I am not sure what the problem was but I do know that we were not having any Merchant issues that day. I apologize for the bad language used by our employees. They told me that the bad language was going both ways. I did not terminate anyone. I did discipline the people involved. American Pie Pizza is creating a policy on how to handle problem calls.
