I picked my almost month old dog up today & am highly disappointed! He was there Saturday to SaturdayThe employee that checked us out said "he took a nice mud bath for you" & laughedShe went to get my dog from the kennelShe came back & quickly put our leash on, took hers off & went insideWe quickly realized our dog didn't take a mud bathHe smelled like raw sewage! His feet & legs were covered in pee & poopHe normally jumps & licks me when I get home from workHe wouldn't make eye contact with meWas lethargicHe still is, almost hrs laterWe got him home & bathed himThen the diarrhea startedI'm talking walking diarrhea! I will never take my pets back to this businessI do NOT recommend anyone to this boarder!

was going to have to charge for a full dayHe said that he thought I had told him that as long as the dog was picked up any time that day, then It would only be a half day chargeI reiterated that I had told him that he
had to pick the dog up before 10:00AM in order to be charged for only half a day
On the most recent stay, the dog was dropped off Friday morning, May 16th and picked up Saturday morning,
May 17thWe are only open until noon on Saturday, so if the pet is picked up before noon, I only charge half a day for that dayWe charged $for one day on Friday and a half day on SaturdayThe customer only
paid $because that is all the money that they had with them

I honestly don't expect anything other than for this business to be more clear about their pricing.
