For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI am writing in reguards to your letter you sent me on June 17, with the message from George, from American Plaster and Drywall Repair CompanyThe repair was done on July and of The same crack appeared in Octof George looked at it on Nov He said the crack (which was the same length and same place) was not what he fixedWhen my wife agreed with me that it was the same crack, he said he would fix it at no cost to usBut he added this time don't call me, "I'll call you when I'm caught up with workI asked him for a estimated time to wait for the repair, but he gave no answerWhen we told him that the crack was indeed the one he fixed you could see his face and demeanor change and he became very diffensiveI never used foul language toward himWhy would I if I expected him to honor his work guarantee, which is on his newspaper adThat would be foolishMy wife said she didn't hear my use any swear words eitherWe waited six months for his call before we gave up on the repair and sent you at the Revdex.com our complaintThank you
