This customer was not easy to deal with and only looking for a dealI decided to help him out due to he owned a home for the elderly and I didn't want them to be put outThe customer in trying to "save money" took it upon themselves to do some plumbing under the kitchen sink( which I had to
correct) I simply reinstalled a faucet for them once new counter tops were installed (poorly) there was a small leak shortly after I reinstalled the faucetNothing else was messed with by meIt has been now year and I am the one called into question? Anything could have happened or been worked on since thenI am not willing to continue to work for this client and am amazed that they are so cheap as to complain trying to get me to fix something they screwed up in the first place, rather than go somewhere elseShows what you get for helping Someone out when they con you into believing they need help and can't pay for itThe original price was overly affordable and still I had to chase down my money

As dissapointing as it may be I am not willing to work with this customer to resolve whatever this issue isYes it is true that I ignored his initial call due to the fact that I don't wish to continue work for himIt is a lie however that anyone else ever contacted me about this as I would have answered had there been three different people call about the same issue The work I performed over year ago was done to code.Any issue an inspector found would not have been anything I worked onAlso coming right out and accusing me over a year later and telling me that either I fix it or pay someone else to fix the issueUnbelievableFurther showing why I would not want to continue this business relationshipThere was never any contract for this work, but it is customers like this that has forced my hand to having one

I do not wish to work with this business either, however I maintain that his clear disregard for his substandard work and unprofessional demeanor in dealing with a valid request for him to fix his work or back it in writing, his a clear indication of unethical business practice. He "doesn't want to work with" me, after his work is called into question. However, he took my money on 2 seperate occasions previously. Not once did I demand, I request he look at his work, determined by an inspecter licensed by the state of Washington to be substandard, bring it to code or in writing back it. I believe his unwillingness to even be willing to look at this work suggests he is aware of the deficits that exist. Lastly, this owner accuses me personally of lying, he spoke directly to my realtor and brushed her off and a message was left for him and "ignored" by myself and the co-owner of the property. If you have nothing to hide, then it shouldn't take a complaint to be recognized as a customer; then to become personal in your attacts. This owner is fraudulent, subpar, has no ethics, and claims his big heart makes it alright. I have no interest in doing business with American Plumbing, others should be aware of his poor work and lack of follow through.
