Called these guys for warranty work on my hot water heaterThey spent minutes diagnosing the problem and calling around for parts on WednesdayOn Thursday the plumber picked up the part in Chesterfield (a minute round trip) brought it to my house, said it would take and hour to install, then told me the bill would be $325! I thought that was pretty steep for warranty work and hours of labor and I told him soThe plumber agreed it was high, and called his bossThe boss said if I was not happy, they could leave the part, I could install it myself and they would charge $I griped some more, then signed the work orderI said I might have to go on-line and gripe about the priceThe plumber walked out to the truck with the signed work order and my part and drove awayI called the office and the secretary said the plumber left because I refused to payI said, "I signed the work order, how is that refusing to pay?" The owner later called me and said they left because I threatened to give bad reviewsI said, "so you think by leaving, my review will be good?" He said he has lawyers that deal with people who give bad reviewsI guess I will find out

When our plumbers went to Mr [redacted] 's home on Monday they had to widen the hole that Mr [redacted] cut in the ceiling of the garage to access the stack Upon widening the hole the plumbers discovered that the first stack was rotten and had a crack going down the back of the stack The second stack was installed improperly and not to code Mr [redacted] stated that he would like the cost to replace voth stacks to code The $is to replace both stack to code We as a plumbing company have to properly fix the stacks to code We can not just place a bandage on the issue There was no way to fix the stacks to code without replacing them We also redid the tub waste line because the line was never soldered We had two men at Mr [redacted] 's home for four hours

They never made it over to inspect our water heater We scheduled the inspection the day before and when they hadn't shown up by when they said they would a game of one sided phone tag ensued where I kept calling and getting no response back I had to take off work to fit in their schedule and then they never explained why they didn't show up They were supposed to call my husband to reschedule in the afternoon and after he left two voicemails they still didn't call him back either Terrible customer service and they were very cold and unconcerned about the situation I've never had a company treat me with such disrespect

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the warranty company 2-home buyers warranty and they concur that previous work orders have nothing to do with the sink order which was mis-diagnosed by *** and was never resolved to satisfaction in accord with previous deductibles already paid! If this is not fixed properly as was promised by your technician, this breach will be forwarded to the Missouri Commission on Human Rights as we do not appreciate the effort to extort monies that are undeserved!*** ***

I do not want anything to do with that business. I do not want them contacting me as I put in my complaint. They called me last night and I do not want to talk to them. Nothing needs to be done. I just want other people, that need a plumber, to be warned before they send this company out to help themI was dealing with it until they left me with a flooding basement. I just want to be done with them!

Some people like her are just wanting something for nothing. As a business owner I see this all the time. We did the job we were paid for period!!!

On Thursday the plumber picked up the part in Chesterfield (a 45 minute round trip) brought it to my house, said it would take and hour to install, then told me the bill would be $325! I thought that was pretty steep for warranty work and 2 hours of labor and I told him so. The plumber agreed it was high, and called his boss. The boss said if I was not happy, they could leave the part, I could install it myself and they would charge $125. I griped some more, then signed the work order. I said I might have to go on-line and gripe about the price. The plumber walked out to the truck with the signed work order and my part and drove away. I called the office and the secretary said the plumber left because I refused to pay. I said, "I signed the work order, how is that refusing to pay?" Hello Mr [redacted]. I do see that we came out and fixed the sump pump and tub faucet for you.  We also installed a pressure reducing valve for you.  All of which was covered by  2-10 home buyers.  We are more than willing to come and replace the faucet in the bathroom sink for you...

when it is convenient for you.  That would take care of the leak that you are having.  However there is some money owned to us to install the sink faucet.  At the time [redacted] was out there with the faucet you were unwilling to pay the amount and wanted to talk to 2-10 about this.  After [redacted] left 2-10 did return a call to us stating you were unwilling to pay the money.  They are only going to pay for a portion of the money.  If you would like us to come and install the faucet for you I am more than happy to set up a convenient time for us to come out and install the faucet.

This company is a joke, find a different company and save yourself the trouble. Our home warranty company contracted them to do some work on our shower. we were told to either have the tiles surrounding our tub spout and shower valve removed or their guy Mike would just knock them out with a hammer. Well I removed the tiles, but that wasn't good enough for Mike so he knocked out more tiles and chipped even more surrounding tiles. When he installed the new shower valve he didn't make sure it was flush so now we have a bow in the wall because our contractor had to curve the wall to install the valve plate. Mike is very unprofessional and showed late multiple times without calling and was very disrespectful to my wife as well as myself.
