Hello, I apologize for the delay in respondingIn looking at Mr*** order I do see that the order was placed on December at 9:PM EST and was shipped on December On the order the shipping method that was selected was Free Ground, so there was no charge for shipping
Attached is a copy of the proforma invoice showing the order as we received it from Mr***As you can see, it's listed with Free Ground ShippingThere is also no discount on this orderWe will happily apply a coupon to the order and process a refund for 10%The refund will be processed through our accounting department and will post back to PayPal, which was the original method of paymentIf there is anything further that we can assist with, please feel free to contact. period for unwanted or non working items (see attached screenshot of return FAQ). Pyramyd Air did advise of the warranty with the manufacturer, however it was after the return was already set upWe apologize if there was a confusion with thisAs a good faith gesture we will refund the $restocking fee that was charged on the order, which would be the balance due to Mr*** ***. Retail price $429.9920% coupon used on order $-86The total amount refunded to Mr*** *** will be $(after the $restocking fee is refunded) which is the amount that he actually paid for the tank in question. Pyramyd Air website still advertises they deliver to the contiguous USA or anywhere in the world they law allowsThey have chosen a carrier that does not deliver but that isn't any excuse to continue to advertise that they can deliverThey have known about this since May and haven't corrected their website and till they do I believe it is advertising to continue saying they can deliverThey could easily use another carrier for those areas but have decided to do so.For months Pyramyd Air chose not to resolve this issue with me and I will not be satisfied till they either start delivering to those areas or have corrected their websiteThey have made promises before so I'm sorry, I just don't trust them to carry through

There are several other areas in the US that Pyramyd Air won,t deliver to so they should be included as wellI still consider that they are guilty of advertised with their claim of delivering to contiguous USA and delivering wherever the law allowsThey have chosen a carrier that can't deliver but it would be so easy to use UPS or USPS or another carrier that can deliverI could not hire a carrier with restricted delivery options then claim I can deliver anywhere the law allowsThey could say anywhere FedEx can legally allowThis disclaimer should be included with the delivery to contiguous US and anywhere the law allows statements.
