to.
I have attached a page from the homeowner's manual from the manufactuer stating that the cover will sometimes need at least one adjustment. Since the cover may or may not require an adjustment, we do not include it in the cost of the replacement cover.
I had the worst experience w this company and others have said same - cost me money - lied, broke expensive parts and blamed others and was the worst customer service ever after being a customer for over 10 years . I would never refer this company ! In fact when I told the person who built my pool ** pool about them - they said they would never ever use them again either and had many problems
Review: Service people damaged product during annual maintenance and company refuses to come repair until they receive money upfront.
Further, items not damaged replaced at great cost.
Desired Settlement: My damaged pool cover needs to be replaced by the company.

I have contacted Mrs. [redacted]. She asked to have a recent invoice reversed, which we took care of. We also spoke, briefly via email, about the problem with her cover on [redacted] Street.
I am waiting to hear back from her with any questions or if there is anything else that I can help her with.
Review: I purchased and paid in full for a new Summer pool cover from the company during the Summer of 2013 which was installed in the Fall of 2013. I was away from the house during the installation and by the time I returned the pool service person had winterized the pool and installed the winter cover. At the time, I assumed that the Summer cover had been properly installed. This Spring when the pool was opened I first discovered that the Summer cover did not open properly. Specifically, the cover jammed as it came out of the housing. I contacted American Pool and informed them that the newly installed cover was not operating properly and noted this needed to be corrected. They came out and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Then, to my surprise, I received a bill for $724.53. I contacted American Pool and stated that I should not have been charged because they had failed to install the cover properly and that this obviously should have been covered by the warranty. They said they would look into it. I heard nothing further until I recevived a past due bill notice in the mail. No information was received as to why I was being charged for their failure to properly install the cover. I believe that I am being unfairly charged. I plan to pay the bill under protest and to pursue any remedies that I may have if the Revdex.com is unable to assist me in this matter. Thank for your assistance.Desired Settlement: Full refund of service charge in teh amount of $724.53.
