However, I sent several inquiries to this company asking that if they were indeed legitimate that they respond to put us at ease while waiting. I would think that the company would, upon returning to "work" from family emergency reply to an email. Other comments regarding the company on-line seem to indicate service problems as well. I hope their family problems get resolved.We did indeed get the part and it was as expected

Very satisfied and happy with our new carpet from the Flooring Gurus! Great quality and efficient work, we had our carpet installed quickly! We hope to use them for our hardwood installation eventually!
If you need flooring installed these are the people you should use Very friendly, hard working and actually show up on time They're even fun to be around The quality of their work is first rate
Excellent experience Received estimate over months ago but had some health issues that prevented having the work done When I called to re-activate the project they stayed with the quote even though it was months old
Scope of work was: 1) replace carpet in master bedroom & closets; 2) replace carpet in two bedrooms, a hallway and all the associated closets with pre-finished hardwood
Selected/ordered material and scheduled installation Material received as scheduled Installation began as scheduledInstallation was estimated at two days but actually took days Reason it took longer was one of the crew had to stay on another job to complete it the first day So had one man crew the first day then man crew the second and third day This did not create a problem for us Crew was very attentive to cleanliness, careful handling of furniture and installation After installation cleanup was thorough and well done
Both Ava and Delio know their business well and were very pleasant to work with We have recommended Flooring Gurus to several of our friends already
Ava was great with getting our order filed on time and seeing that our carpet was installed on scheduled day She went beyond what other floor company's would do for customers Will return to this store if we ever need new flooringThe installation was also great, they were very professional and moved all the furniture with careA + for this business

Fantastic group to work with! Not only were their prices fair....the quality of work was amazing! Ava was so easy to communicate with, estimates were timely and clear, no hidden costs! Plus we had to change our dates of installation a few times, and they were so flexible and willing to help! Out hardwood floors look amazing, and our carpet is beautiful!!

My parents owned a "locally owned" Office Supply store for years and I always desire to shop at locally owned businessesI chose them because of them based on two thingsLocally owned an highly rated/recommended on Home Adviser We needed to replace our horrible year contractor grade carpetAva came to the house, measured the house, helped me choose and color and "bam" it all came together and the carpet by laid by Delio and Gabriel in a day and a half (two stories)Excellent work that was done on time!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Flooring Gurus, LLC!!!
