and the temperature rises for applicable working conditions. American Premier will complete the work to customer satisfaction. Due to current weather conditions we ask that she be a little more patient until it is condusive to do exterior work. Thank You for your time and cooperation in resolving this matter. As stated per our letter sent to Mrs. [redacted] the company will contact her in March to schedule the remaining portion of her project. There is still a balance on this project so it is in our best interest also to complete this project in order to be paid in full. Sorry for any inconvenience.

A contract was written and agreed upon between [redacted] and American Premier Restoration. The First Installment was issued on 3-31-2015 from the insurance company. The Company received the first installment appx. 1 week after it was...

issued by the insurance company. The company then proceeded to apply for a permit and was issued a permit on 04-17-2015 by the village of Chicago Heights Il. The company has tried to start this project with no success in the last three months because of the homeowner's lack of cooperation. The company has had the permit for appx. 3 months in hand. Plenty of jobs have been started and completed that were signed after Mr. [redacted]'s project due to there cooperation to schedule there project. The company has made several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] to explain that we are ready,willing, and able to start his project immediately but he along with his daughter claim that they want to go in a different direction with another company and just hang up the phone. Mr. [redacted] had interior damage already had existing interior damages approved by the insurance company. The company cannot do his project if he is unwilling and changed his mind after everything has been done per our contract and are willing to start the job immediately. The company also has a copy of the check with the date it was issued along with the permit and the date it was issued. We would like to continue with the project and start it immediately with his cooperation and continue with amicable relations. If Mr. [redacted] does not cooperate we will continue to hand this file to our attorney for resolution to this matter. A final Notice has been sent to him by Preferred Mail stipulating that we would start the job and complete his project with his cooperation, if he refuses then We will be forced to hand this to our attorney for resolution to this matter. Any Other damages Incurred according to the customer is due to lack of cooperation, Our files prove with the dates the date of the issuance of the check and the date the permit was pulled.
