Review: We came to an agreement with American Premier that for a fee of $600 they would provide leads for us to try and sell life insurance or homeowners insurance. American Premier was to send us one lead a day (Monday-Thursday)via email that we would contact and try to sell to. On more than a few occasions we were not provided a lead and some of the leads provided where out of our agreed upon market. We have made numerous attempts for someone to get back to us to discuss our dissatisfaction with the quality of the service provided. American Premier has failed to send us any leads since April 16, 2014 and has not responded to our requests to speak to a representative from their office.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive a full refund $600 due to the lack of cooperation and quality of service provided.
