I reject their response as all they did was send me the same exact letter that they sent us in March regarding our thingsStill trying to get money out of us and still our things are broken and sit in VirginiaThey didn't even take the time to type a new letter, that's how much they carePlease respond with what I do nextI really hope you drop their grade, this company robbed usThank you

Mr***'s move took longer than the estimated amount due to additional packing of households goods and the materials needed to do so. Per the estimate, which is not a guaranteed price, our estimator was advised we would be packing only certain areas of the home. The crew had to
pack additional rooms as the homeowners were not fully prepared for the move. In addition, when speaking with Mr*** after the move, he stated he was not going to pay the full amount due and only the estimated amount and the crew drank his beer. I advised him at that time, he needed to advised the authorities to file a report for theft. He advised he did not see them drink his beverages but he knew they did. In response to the gentlemen taking an hour to arrive to the destination, we have referred to our GPS and have determined the crew left the customers house at 6:p.mand arrived at the destination at 7:p.m. Please note the crew had been at the customers house loading from 9:a.muntil 6:p.m. In addition, they deducted an hour and a half for the breaks. I have attached all documentation for reference. Mr*** still has an outstanding balance and has been advised, in order to process the claim, the balance must be paid in full per the Terms and Conditions. Also, the only damage that was reported was a night stand, please see attached Bill of Lading. We will be happy to process the damage claim from Mr*** as soon as the balance is paid

I wanted to let you know that I have not received the agreed to $settlement that MyGuys Moving offered to settle my claim with them for my damaged furnitureI accepted their offer on September 14, Can you contact them to find out why they have not complied with their offer?Thank you.*** ***

No documentation was attached.  Will respond when received/reviewed. The additional damage was found after items were set into house.

Our office advised the customer that a claim form needed to be completed and returned within 7 days and that it can take up to 30 days for the claim to be processed.  In addition, when the claim form was sent to the customer via email, it was also stated that the process can take at least 30...

days.  This customer was sent the claim form on December 22, 2016.  The customer returned the claim form the same day, however, it was not completed.  The customer was advised on December 22, 2016 to complete the form with all information, sign and return to our office.  On December 27, 2016, the customer was sent an email advising that we received on a picture of the signed portion of the claim form.  The customer was also advised we would need the entire form with the damage information before we could begin processing the claim.  We received the completed claim form on December 27, 2016 and the customer was advised again to allow up to 30 days for processing.On January 23, 2017 the customer received a settlement email, per the terms and conditions of the signed contract.  My Guys Moving & Storage has made every attempt to settle this matter according the terms and conditions on the contract.  Please see attached documentation.Best Regards, Stephanie K[redacted]

Mr. [redacted] I am sorry we have had so many issues with your
move. We failed to do our jobs properly and get the appropriate paperwork
signed. If we had we would be charging you the appropriate amount for services
rendered and you would have your belongings. We have had an internal discussion
and...

we will not let this happen again. Because of this error you got 5800# with
packing moved at a 4000# move only price. The price for your move should have
been $4308.66, you paid $1982.54. Again because we do not have the proper
paperwork there is no recourse for us on this loss; and since the paperwork was
not signed we have no obligation to deliver your overflow.So we have an overflow in our warehouse. Again since we have
no paperwork (read contract) we will not move the overflow. We are offering you
three solutions:1. have another mover come to our dock and they can get your
items. We will not charge anything to you for this realizing we are losing revenue
on pick up and storage fees.2. We will move the items back to your townhouse. Again we
will charge you nothing to do this. We will again absorb the loss of our pick
up and redelivery charges.3. We haul the items to you. In order to do this we will
need a signed contract before we move anything and we will need to be paid in
full before we start. Your cost for this is $1457.23. By doing this we will still
be losing $870 on your move, but to make this happen we are willing to take
this loss.I will be sure we have the proper systems in place so we do
not allow a move to occur without a signed contract. This is the second time
this has happened in 3 years. It will not happen again. We have lost $1738 so
far on your move (the difference between 4000# we estimated on the phone at the
5800# we actually moved.) My preference is to do no additional business with
you and have you get another mover to handle the rest of your belongings. All communication
from and to me must be in writing as I find another method to be too open
misinterpretation. Again, I apologize that we did not properly execute this
contract, but this is where we are. Please inform us as to your wishes and we
will handle it as quickly as we can.Dave T[redacted]

Based on the contractual agreement, provisions under which Ms. [redacted]'s move took place, she has Carrier’s Liability with a $500.00 deductible.   The total customer  claim amount of $250.00, which falls within the customers $500.00 deductible.   However we like to handle all...

claims in keeping with our reputation as both fair and reputable.  Therefore, we would like to offer Ms. [redacted] $125 settlement.

We paid for the storage to be wrapped boxed and moved to our home the men moving the items put items in a vehicle that I did not authorize. They also moved the unit ramed in the moving truck so full that they had things on top of other items and dented and scratched furniture.  I was told from an employee to not fill out any paperwork given and I did fill out the paperwork but did not complete it. And thus was then told it was misinformation.
