Hello, this will be the last time I engage with this woman besides writing her a check if she provides an address like I requested in my voicemail. We have been in business for 30 years and I have never been talked to by a customer like Miss [redacted]. Please take the time to listen to her...
voicemails. Mind you, the first two voicemails, left 30 minutes apart, is my first 'contact' with this woman and she be-rates me, my company and our integrity. She calls again the following day which is Sunday. Our voicemail clearly states that we are not in the office everyday, and that it may take us a day or two to return your call. I returned her call on Monday, did not reach her and left her a voicemail. I told her I understand her frustration but that I didn't appreciate being talked to that way. I explained to her that there wasn't actually a problem with the car wash, the reason she didn't get her wash was because she didn't follow the directional sign in the wash (pull forward, stop, back up). If you can't follow the directions and park your vehicle in the right spot, the machine will not attempt to wash your car because it would damage your car. I also asked for her to provide a mailing address so that I could refund her. Instead I got voicemail 4 followed by voicemail 5. Enough said. [redacted] American Pride Car Washes
