started in a restaurant located in that same building four business away from ours.We did not suffered any damaged, but due to  the damage caused to the building it was not save for us to stay. The owner told us they needed to re-build and fix everything gas, water, phone, and electricity lines. Everything in our location was completely saved from the fire except for some smoke smell. It took us weeks before we could get in the building to get all the items out. We treated the smoke by airing out the clothes in a air dryer for a cuple of days and then dry cleaned the items one more time. The customers have been picking their items and they have been really patient and comprehensive with us for all the trouble this coused but it was out of our hands it took weeks to get the items out and then clean them again. l am really sorry to hear about our customer's health problem and understand her concern. I can assure that the only chemical her items went through was PERCHLORETHYLENE (perc) the dry cleaning chemical all dry cleaners use to clean the clothes. Please let her know that her items are in good conditions and waiting to be picked up. We cannot pay for something that is not damaged. We know that maybe because it took us so much time to get her clothes back but like I said before it was out of our hands the fire department closed all the building and did not let us in for weeks. I just hope she understand our situation too.
