[redacted] is completely useless, condescending, and ineffective as a property manager In years, she has never once done anything proactive or bettered our neighborhood in any fashion whatsoever She bullies my neighbors and threatens them with fines for offenses that change each year She pretends to see offenses that you know factually are but then she will not provide proof Our neighborhood is entirely disgusted with her actions for many years now

This company is very professional and they are always ready to help with any question I have They take the time to explain the covenant restrictionsAs a new homeowner who never lived in an HOA their advice has helped tremendouslyI would recommend HOA Community Managment

Dear [redacted],
Subject:  Complaint Response / [redacted] / [redacted] Ct
Thank you for making us aware of this complaint.  Our office takes communications with our residents seriously and we are very...

interested in assisting Mr. [redacted] in a smooth connection with his community.   We have made several attempts to communicate with [redacted], and trust that your assistance will be effective in resolving his concerns.  With this in mind, I have taken the liberty of sharing our communications history with this resident below.  Please feel free to share with Mr. [redacted] and to document with the Revdex.com.
Please review the attached documents associated with our communications with this [redacted] resident:
(1a & 1b) - Copies of the statement and transfer fee invoice provided to his closing attorney.
The statement clearly details the monthly regime fees and was to be reviewed with Mr. [redacted] during his closing.
(2a thru 2d) - Welcome letter mailed to Mr. [redacted] on 12-20-15 (2 days after the closing date provided by his closing attorney's office).
This packet provided him with basic community information, an ARC Request Form, a form to sign up for monthly automatic draft of his regime fee, 2016 monthly payment coupons.  This packet was mailed to his new home address and was not returned by the post office as un-deliverable.
(3)-  Mr. [redacted]'s account status and  statement as of 3-16-16.
Please note that a late fee was assessed in mid-January and mid-February, with a statement mailed to Mr. [redacted] each month.
Upon receipt of Mr. [redacted]'s call in March, our office removed both late fees to assist him in resolving his confusion relating to his monthly regime fees.
The attached statement clearly shows no late fees on his account for January or February.   Our system is set up to comply with the association's governing documents and did issue another late fee in mid-March.   Upon receipt of Mr. [redacted]'s payment, the association is agreeable to removing the March late fee also.  Each month thereafter, his monthly regime fee is due on the 1st and considered late after the 10th.
Mr. [redacted]s comments regarding sending him to debt collectors is unfounded.  Going forward, we recommend that Mr. [redacted] simply call our office with any questions or concerns relating to his association.  We are more than happy to assist him with his association needs.
Best Regards,

Property Manager in Charge / HOA Community Management

We are appalled with the unprofessionalism of HOA Community Management. Our neighbor is on the board. We have multiple text and messages from [redacted] from our neighbor threatening the property value of our home. He wanted us to pay for the blocks for his retaining wall. He also demanded that we gove him 10in to 1ft of our property, the entire length of his property. He told us that if we did not, he would put in railroad ties as it would lower our property value. He doesn't have to look at it, so he doesn't care. HOA Community Management has allowed him to remain on the board even though they were provided with all copies of all correspondence between the neighbor and my husband. It has been 7 months and we are beig made to get rid of our children's swing set, trampoline, and our dog. The two play items have been in the backyard since 2012. Our dog, which is not a [redacted], has been in our backyard since 2011. Additionally, they refuse to disclouse who is on the Architectual Review Committee. After several phone calls it appears that the board members are also the Architectual Review Committee. We have documentation of the correspondence between our neighbor who is a board member and my husband. I am willing to provide that information. HOA Community Management's customer service skills are terrible. They are rude, and they do not enforce the Covenants equally. They deserve to be sued. We are miserable in our home. We had to remove a few pickets that connect our fence with our neighbor's fence. This was an agreement with the previous homeowner. We removed the pickets, which left one side of the yard not fenced in. Our neighbor's fence is bowed out, and leaning over on to oir property. He removed the front, sides of his fence and stacked the wood against his back fence line. We recieved a letter from the HOA 7 months after we removed the pickets, and were told not to worry about it. The letter states we must fence in our entire yard, and submit a request to the Architectual Review Committee. We can't do that, as our neighbor's (and board member) fence is going to fall onto our property. When I called HOA Community Management about the letters we recieved, and I brought up the text and messages from our neighbor I was told that it didn't matter as the property manager, Jennifer F[redacted] had seen how I am on [redacted]. This comment is stemming from another individual complaining about their services and seeking others who were wanting to enter into a class action lawsuit. I commented and stated that they do not return calls and there are other complaints I have. I consider our neighbor, who signs his messages with, "Have a blessed [redacted] day!", etc being allowed to stay on the board after his threats to our property values, etc a HUGE issue worthy of complaint. That had landed us in a world of hurt as we have suddenly received numerous complaints, four differnet complaints in on enevlope. Many others are not happy with their servies either. I have been advised that they are being sued by other neighborhoods.
