This company is calling me twice a day, from different 925 area cod numbers despite me telling them to stop calling when I've answered, calling back and hitting the dial option to be removed, and leaving messages for them to remove me. They never leave voicemails and at this point it's downright harassment. I hope no one ever does business with these guys.
This company calls my phone every day from an area code near my work (707). In my profession, I have to answer local calls. I have been called 15-20 times, blocked them, they called from another number. Say that the "Do Not Call" registry doesn't apply to them. No option to speak to a supervisor (they just hang up), won't fax me a copy of their "Do Not Call" policy. There is a class action lawsuit and I have joined it. I'd like to find out where they are physically located (their address says Orange County, but who knows if that's accurate) and file a criminal harassment complaint with their police department.
I keep getting calls from American Pro Energy after continually telling them to stop calling. I've told them repeatedly I am in the process of installing my solar panels with another company and they don't care. I block their number and they call me from a different number-usually the last digit is the only difference. They do NOT take no for an answer and are very pushy. I am on the do not call list so I really am at a loss as to what I can do to stop their intrusive phone calls.
These people are sm. They repeatedly violate the do not call list. Their telemarketers call repeatedly, deny they are marketing and then threaten to refer people to "collections" when you call them out on the fact that they are trying to sell you their solar service. The fact that they are being sued already doesn't surprise me.
I have been called repeatedly by american pro energy on my cell phone at all hours of the day sometimes teice in a day. they refuse to stop calling me. UI have been called 3 times in the past 5 days and each time I tell them to stop calling me. I am on a do not call list yet they call. I have told them to stop calling yet they call. I will file lawsuit if it persists. Anyone this desperate to sell you something is definitely a rip off
Hello Readers, I keep getting calls from this company and today they called when I had time to really get involved with the call operator, the company as you know is American pro energy,I had to ask 4 time for there name because they say it so fast that you can't hear the PRO in the name American pro energy. 2nd they want way to much information like your income,how much are you paying for your energy and they even asked if I'm married (WOW) 3rd I asked for there phone number while talking to them (877-681-3976) was the number they gave me so I called it from my cell phone and got a message of Hello please leave a message. NO MENTION OF THE BUSSINESS. I had it on speaker phone and asked the supervisor for there response and she was speachless. I also got enough infomation from them to file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry ( I'm registard) and also write this review.

they used to call me 5 times a day! and its true its kinda annoying but when I took the time to listen to them. I realized that they are only tryn to give information to us who owns a house here in California. how ironic, the people who we hate over the phone are also the people who cares about us even if its just thru the phone. there would be few people on the phone would let you know what you really deserves. and just to let you know, I have solar now and im saving $50 a month and that means ill save $4200 in 7 years and the most awesome part of this is after that time I will get my electricity for free.. try to listen ... thats where people learn. = )
They, like many other solar companies, called my home. I requested to speak to a supervisor, and was promptly hung up on. Somehow these companies have our phone number attached to a home at another address (we've had the phone number for 15 years). We're not even home owners, yet we're being harassed by these people. Did I mention, we're also on the DO NOT CALL list - so we should have never been called in the first place.

I was just called by this company about a Solar initiative despite being on the 'Do Not Call List' this was a call to my cell #.
After letting the guy know I have solar already I asked how he got my info and I let him know I'm on the 'Do Not Call List' He removed me from his list and hung up on me when I asked several times how I got on his list. Very unprofessional and downright rude. Beware of this company!
