Regards,
*** ***On September 30th a contractor inspected our windows This was after the "new" windows were taken out and reinstalled We will call Aapco, but this is what they found:missing jam adjustment screw on top left side of guest room window all windows are not level with unclean caulking inside and outMaster Bedroom screen needs to be replace as it has a tear from being put in twiceAgain, this is so frustrating and disappointing due to the time taken away from work We are so sorry we went with this company and the continual "adjustments" to having them finished We were promised high quality product and work, which we feel we have not received neither. For the outside, there are nails missing along with nails put into the center of the seal which will lead to leakage.

It saddens me that Mrs*** felt compelled to file a complaint None of the dates listed in his complaint have any accuracyThe date of purchase was December 6, The problem could not have occurred on December 15, 2014, the windows installation did not start until December 17th and
completed on December 21st He states that he talked to our company on January 15, He then states that he has been calling since MarchI know that there are often times different points of view in complaints such as thisOur records indicate that we received not communication from Mr*** until September At that time he advised of a seal failure within one of his window unitsOur service department told him that due to his distance from our office that he could save a lot of travel time if could assist us by taking a photo of the identification sticker located on the window and forwarding it to usThis would provide all necessary information to order replacement partsHe agreed to do soA few weeks passed and he called back asking why we had not been to his homeWe reminded him that he was to have sent us the information, which he had notHe again agreed to send us a photoWe waited and again received no photoIn October he sent a late night profanity laced text message on the mobile device of our service writerHe wanted to know when we were going to fix his window Whereas we did not receive the photo, we sent a service tech to his home on November 3, to get the information from the stickerWe placed an order for the parts and, due to plant closings for the holidays, we received the parts on January 5, 2016. We reached out to Mr*** today and have scheduled a date for installation Sincerely,James ** ***V.Pof OperationsAAPCO

I have not signed anythingAnd I don't accept the customer service or the way they let one of their contractors continue to work on my house while under the influence of alcohol after they became aware of the erratic behaviorThey did in no way offer a discount or try to make it right with me A job that was supposed to take a week took weeksWe paid $27,for siding and they were not willing to give us a worthy discount for what we endured for weeks with one of their contractors who became biligerent and almost violentThe guy was eventually fired for his actions on our job yet AAPCO did nothing to make it right with usI am not satisfied

It saddens me that Mrs. [redacted] felt compelled to file a complaint.  None of the dates listed in his complaint have any accuracy. The date of purchase was December 6, 2014. completed on December 21st.  He states that he talked to our company on January 15, 2015. He then states that he has been calling since March. I know that there are often times different points of view in complaints such as this. Our records indicate that we received not communication from Mr. [redacted] until September 2015. At that time he advised of a seal failure within one of his window units. Our service department told him that due to his distance from our office that he could save a lot of travel time if could assist us by taking a photo of the identification sticker located on the window and forwarding it to us. This would provide all necessary information to order replacement parts. He agreed to do so. A few weeks passed and he called back asking why we had not been to his home. We reminded him that he was to have sent us the information, which he had not. He again agreed to send us a photo. We waited and again received no photo. In October 2015 he sent a late night profanity laced text message on the mobile device of our service writer. He wanted to know when we were going to fix his window. Whereas we did not receive the photo, we sent a service tech to his home on November 3, 2015 to get the information from the sticker. We placed an order for the parts and, due to plant closings for the holidays, we received the parts on January 5, 2016.  We reached out to Mr. [redacted] today and have scheduled a date for installation.            Sincerely,James [redacted]V.P. of OperationsAAPCO
