Our flooring was ordered from this company and was installed. Installed in November, 2019. Within 2 weeks, flooring was coming apart/separating. Husband called company with no response. Husband called installers. Installers contacted company and were told by company to glue ( superglue) pieces back together. They did and flooring came apart/separated again within 1 week and also came apart/separated in other places in the house too. Husband contacted company and sent email with pictures and again, no response. Installers contacted company and were told to replace pieces with left over flooring. Flooring continues to come apart/separate. Husband got in touch with company and was told "this is our best selling flooring and we have not had a complaint". 2 other businesses have complained of the same flooring doing the exact same thing. Coming apart/separating. Company told my husband that WE would have to hire an inspector to come and look at flooring. Cost of this is around 1,000 dollars. This would be in addition to what we already paid for the flooring, 1,755.95 and install 1,200.00. We do have pictures where flooring came apart/separated and continues to come apart/ separate. We also have our receipt of purchase as well as a picture of the flooring and description of flooring. This is all with a 50 year warranty as well.

Refund We would like to get a refund. Flooring was installed November, 2019. The product is not as described and this company has definitely not honored the fact that the flooring has a warranty, we have our receipt of purchase along with the description of flooring and also proof ( pictures) of the flooring coming apart/ separating.
We are extremely sorry that MR. and Mrs. Parse have encountered an issue with the SPC Willow.
Their products were purchased and installed through*** not American Product's. In September of 2019 *** purchased 802.40 Sqft. Specification for this product requires a flat subfloor for installation as with all SPC'S. Uneven subfloor creates flex in the product which will cause side and head joints to separate. This was explained to our customer, testing was perform to insure the integrity of the product. If this would have be a product failure we would have absolutely replaced the product.
