Reasonable price to replace our lanai flat roof section. Clean, fast work. Unfortunately, the surface area was not leveled - nor was I informed there was a problem - so that we have a large pond on the roof after every rain. It doesn't drain. Also, when we renovated (from below) we found an apprx 6' square section of rotted, crumbly, saturated wood, which I would think the roofers should have noticed from above. Luckily - for now - 15 months later, we still have no leaks. Knock on wood ....
