We are rejecting this response because:We had been specific over the phone with you about what we needed accomplished with our radon mitigationWe live in a Covenant neighborhood (*** ***) and you should have offered painting services over the phone if you did not provide them complimentary because there is HOA everywhere hereYou also did not tell us you only had one color piping (white) when we booked your services and you came out and put the piping on our house without checking to make sure that color was acceptable with us or our neighborhood HOAWhen we asked you to come back out and paint it (as it should have been done), you claimed you lived too far away to come out and paint it or you would fee us more moneyWe are expecting to receive back $of overcharge fees from the "drilling into our foundation" which is standard with the job plus $for painting fees you did not completeYou quoted us at $and we accepted the job based on that priceYou then came back and tacked on $and also didn't finish the job which was requiredWe ultimately paid $1,and after protesting that price with you, you knocked it down by $to bring it down to $although you still overchargedWe are requesting a reimbursement of $for uncompleted work and overage fees not included in your initial quote for a standard mitigation service

***, as we have said to you and your fiancé over the phone, we are very sorry that you are upset about your installationI do understand that you feel our office avoided you as you left a voicemail at our office late Friday and we did not get back to you until Monday morning and we were mostly
communicating back and forth over voicemailWe understand how this can be frustratingPlease know that we meant no disrespect, our office is closed on the weekendsWe do think you are confused about what we charged you forWe charged you for a Foundation exit, not for drilling into the concrete slab that is the floorIn most cases, we are able to drill through the wall just above the foundation wall in order to attach the PVC to the Radon fan outside of your houseIn this very rare case, we did not have access to the wall above the foundation from the basement so we had to drill through the foundation wallA foundation wall exit costs $This is stated on the contract that you signed and datedAs for painting, we never spoke to your HOA nor did we make a proposal to your HOA indicating that we were going to paint your downspoutThis is because we did not know that you had an HOA and we never received a request for us to paint the downspout when your fiancé called to make the appointmentWe do however paint a downspout every now and then as a complimentary service as long as we are provided the paint and paint brush at the time of installationBut since you did not request this service, or provide the necessary tools, we were not able to paint the downspout for youI will send you and your fiancé (via email) a copy of the invoice showing that we did not charge you to paint the downspout, as well as your original signed contract that states the price of a Foundation Wall Exit which we did not charge you the full price for because of the price cap you put on the installationWe're so sorry for the confusion and we wish you the best of luck with your new contractor
