we hired him to put flooring down did not finish job. flooring is unlevel refuses to fix it.
in October 2018 we hired chris to put flooring in our living room and dining room. he took carpet out. it took about 4 days with his fiancé helping him.. floor wood planks did not come out even to meet the brick wall by fireplace so he put a colored caulking ,and saying if we did not care for it he would put a wood trim. the brown caulking was not even..there is a inch gap in one area.. where he didn't measure the wood planks. he said.. I will be back tomorrow to put trim around 10:00 am. also the transfer molding in the dining area is too bulky. im not sure he knew what he was doing, for theres another gap. he did not put anything down and I believe the pad on the vinyl plank is not thick enough.. the house echos. now. I tripped over the thick molding he put down.. when he didn't show.. I texted him. he says I have a flat, be there tommorrow, again no show for the next 4 days not a word.so I texted him to ask when are you coming back to finish he said.. im not .. he was paid by check 1170.00 and the goodness from our hearts even gave him a free dining room set.. we are displeased . this is very unprofessional to say the least.. after we waited years to do this flooring... he has not contacted us . so we need some type of resolution.. please.... my name is ***.. ***. his name is Christopher C he is a project manager. who did the work. his company name is American quality construction and remodeling, LLC. ph # 1-352-572-2672. its his cell ph #.. this work was done the beginning of October check written around 10-05-2018. which he cashed.. but refuses to finish and make the work as promised.. also said its guaranteed.. he is on the the better business list. he has made nothing but excuses. I hope you can help , thank you...
we are hoping to get the flooring finished and to have the job done as promised.. if he is not willing,, then I would like a refund ..as we will need to hire someone else to finish and repair the work he has done.. he says he is not coming back.....
This is a false report. He agreed to a rescheduled appointment once he decided 2 days after that he would prefer molding where he had decided for us to put caulking. *** and his wife were givin the option before and during the job was done yet decided to go with caulking. Also he did not give anyone a dining room set, HE ASKED US TO GET ROD OF IT FOR HIM... which was done for no charge and donated at a church. The customer also sent numerous off the wall text messages asking for assistance to spy on his wife because he said she was leaving him and he needed "help on the inside". This is only one example of rude outrageous texts sent to American Quality at random times throughout random days with no reference to any job. American Quality was later informed that he is being heavily medicated and since then, we asked *** to not contact us for we do not feel comfortable with his comments,texts, false reports, and harassment. And as god as my witness, he and his wife told us how extremely happy they were as they handed the final payment for the completed job. Also, I came the following day after finishing his flooring to fix a door jam he had broke, also free with no charge. We at American Quality try our best do treat every customer with respect and provide Quality affordable work, but we also have the right not to provide our services to outright rude and dishonest customers. We hope him the best and hopefully a speedy recovery soon, but we will no longer be providing Mr. any services. We can provide all text messages and voicemails to verify why American Quality, or anyone for that matter, would not feel comfortable doing business with ***, if necessary, it would not be a problem. However we prefer to save the customer the embarrassment for now. Hopefully everyone can still have a nice day ïï��ï��

we do not accept this response.. it is false information.. we hired chris to do other jobs also which was satisfactory.. and he got paid.. we hired him again to do the flooring, thinking it would be done professionally. it was not. the wood planks are not cut to correct length.. that very day as he wanted to get done and leave he said quote if you do not care for the caulking I will put a trim on .. after we looked at it we decided mainly because the wood didn't even fot to the wall with a gap. that yes we would like a trim put on.. he said ok I will bring it tomorrow by 10:00.. he never showed.. nor called we had to text him.he said I have a flat.yet was at another customers house working he said.. unquote.. we understood it happens. but 4 days after that still didn't come back to put the trim on.. nor did he want to text back,so finally we texted him. to ask when can you come by to finish he said im not... the dining area was not leveled so there is an issue with it.. also.. as fat as the dining room table we offered to him.. he said I do not need it ,,but my neighbor needs one.. so again his response is false.. there was no mention of a church! we could have sold it ourselves but being the kind people we are we offered it to him.. as far as the personal attack.. on my medication.. I am disabled.. and had surgery on my ankle and leg.. chris and I had conversations because he also said he had surgery on his legs.. and that he was heavily medicated.. at the time.. this is not about personal lifestyles.. this is about a floor that was supposed to be professionally put in.as he got paid to do.. and was given a table n chairs to do so what he wanted to.. all we wanted is the floor to be finished and to be done so its level.. since he said he guarantees the job.. to me he was rushing, as he said,my fiancé is opening up her own store.. soon so I feel once he thought he did enough and got paid he was going to help her.. and not come back as promised. we also have the texts.. sent from him.. and if need be we will turn them over,, as it has him saying he cant come by..he had a flat tire, but .what about the next 4 days he did not show nor call nor text us .... until we finally text him.and he said im not coming back.. we had a list of jobs for him to do in the future ..and if he was so uncomfortable with roger.. why was he here after he also dod the bathroom removal of wallpaper .. and his partner wanted to go to the shooting range .. once my leg was healed.. so his response is false.. if need be we will send pictures.. of the floor where it is uneven.. he had to even put an extra piece of trim to cover the area where theres a gap. and there shouldn't be one.. we can hear our ac unit from the other side of our wall.. because of it.. thank you...

middle ground not reachable. Unfortunately, there is not a Better Customer Bureau for people that attempt to falsely report hard working honost people. Ask them what happen to there last handyman. He stopped answering there phone calls... For obvious reasons. Close the case however you see fit. We will no longer respond to these false allegations. Customer was told we will no longer work for them due to heavily medicated statements and harassment. He asked us to spy on his wife for the love of God. What would make the Revdex.com think anyone would want to work for someone like that? Not appropriate.
