Contract not complete, we had a miss-measure on this job and are awaiting the replacement window from the factoryCustomer has not paid any money nor have we received any funds from the finance companyAs soon as the replacement window comes in we will return to complete the contracted work and then customer will be asked to sign a certificate of completionWe have a process that we go thru to ensure that mistakes are minimized which starts with a written contract that states among other things the number, type, color of windows to be installedWe include a drawing of the home to indicate the location of windows to be replaced as wellOnce the customers financing is approved the rep returns to the home to review the financing and obtain signaturesThe job then goes to production and then a quality control call is initiated to the customer to go over the order and schedule the measure of the window openings to be replacedAfter this is complete our measure-man makes a trip to the customers home and measures the windows indicated on the contract drawingThe customer must let him on the property to do this measureOnce the windows are measured the results are returned to our offices and verified against the contract one more time before the windows are ordered from the factoryThen the windows are ordered from the factory Once the windows arrive at our warehouse from the factory we call the customer to schedule the installAll the above was documented and followed with dates and timesWe sent the installers out to the customers home with the six windows and installed five of them due to one that was miss-measured by the measure-manAs soon as the replacement window comes in we will return to complete contract
