They work with a home warranty company and parts and installation were all covered by them. We thought everything was good to go then they sent us an invoice for over $700 extra. We showed the invoice to 2 other plumbing companies and they both told us all that all the extra charges were unnecessary. Also, the woman in the office who screens all the calls was extremely rude and disrespectful. We will not be using them now or in the future.
The state we found your water heater in did not conform to the Universal Plumbing Codes (UPC), and as per our agreement with ***, all installations must conform to UPC. This means that additional work is required to update the plumbing configuration that is in violation of UPC. This additional work is not covered by your warranty contract with ***. We and *** have tried to explain this to you, but you refused to pay for the uncovered costs. Therefore, we could not proceed with any installations.
Mr. M is a very knowledgeable and honest plumber. I had a shower faucet leak and was concerned that it was a huge job. He assessed the issue, and replaced the piece that was leaking within an hour. I highly recommend him.
