a condense and evaporater unit at this address about 3 yearsago. We were called a few days ago to check out this unit. We agreed tomeet at 9:00am the next day. I did go to this address rang the doorbell,And no one answered. Then he called again and I said I would be glad to goback, but he would need to pay for the first visit, and pay for the next visit.We went several times after we installed the unit. At this time wediscovered that the problem with this unit was electrical. We instructedthem to call an electric company.His father called my wife's cell phone and stated that we needed to put in anew unit, She stated I don't know anything about this situation. And shegave him my cell phone. The father and the son both called my cell phoneand I talked to both of them. Then, the son showed up at my home, andstarted yelling at my wife. He stated that I kept hanging up on him. I wasworking at another job from 9-5. Then the son stated he was going to go tothe Revdex.com, the State licensee Dept, and sue us. I havealready told them that the Air Condition Company, who made the unit isGoodman. They are still under their warranty. Any contractor can servicethe unit. But the problem is they need to call an electrician to to find out*
