I disagree with everything notedthe grinding of the joints was the majority of the jobColoring mortar to match weathered/sun bleeched exity mortar is tough to get perfect buy A + buy B have done many years of tuckpointing so I don't understal why they would tell the customer they didn't know
anything about tuckpointing.I offered to come personally and regrind all the joins + touchpoint with the closest color as possibleContrary to his statement that I didn't respondDoes not look like a checker board or a circus tent!He stated all he wanted was a full refundafter the amount of work done several 6-hour days not over lunch hour at a time I felt my offer to do it to his satisfaction was as much as I would do P.sIf it wasn't pointed out to an individual they wouldn't notice anything amiss
