to repair various service request. please see the list below and get back with me as soon as time permits if something is not completed to your liking. As far as the cleanliness of the apartment home at move in, we have since changed housekeepers to ensure apartment homes are being cleaned correctly. Pending: 1. patio fence 2. Patio rocks/concrete Completed: 1.Ripped window screen 2.bathroom door-patch was completed before move in 3.Vernon confirmed with Alexus carpet is fine and smells great 4.boiler has been adjusted to provide hot water more effective 5.hole behind toilet repaired 6.New cabinets doors installed 7.new dishwasher installed 8.kitchen outlets repaired and working fine 9.drip pans installed 10.kitchen light repaired the same day, which was do to the a/c line 09/16/2015 11. garbage disposal repaired the same day called in 09/16/2015 due to cork screw left in G/D

[redacted] had agreed to let the girls out of their lease. She said everything goes thru her and she did not agree to let the girls out of their lease and would have to look into it. I didn't receive an email on this matter until July 4th so I paid the lease on July 3rd not knowing they didn't have to pay. Now I would like Harvest Hill to refund my money.
