This unit was just under eviction and we do not show any appointments for yesterday at this property No one from our office has been to this unit in the past days I am sorry this person had a bad experience and that
someone used our name and represented our company The eviction was not a pleasant issue and the past tenants were back on the property according to our records of phones calls from neighbors I cannot explain who was there but we have sent someone out to secure the unit and change the locks Please let me know you have any questions.
Also, this is the second complaint we have had with your agency We answered the last complaint but you have given us an F grading from what your website says I do not understand how you rate We have answered you emails/comments and complaints in a timely mannerPerhaps your agency should ask to see lease documents and ads to verify complaints It seems that in these cases, your agency takes the consumers side without any questions and fails to acknowledge that some people do lie

I am rejecting this response because: it was very clear that the individual worked for American realty, based on the list of houses in their possession,  which are still posted on [redacted] under American realty. This will not just be swept under the rug.

First I'd like to address that this tenant was offered another unit before this one and that unit was rent ready.  The tenant was made aware that this unit, was not ready.  We have no issues in answering a tenant's complaint. In this situation, the tenant has just contacted us...

this weekend to request an appointment to discuss rent due and repairs needed.  I'm not sure why they have made a complaint before having an appointment with us.  We made the tenant aware that the unit needed to have a safety inspection with [redacted] before they moved in.  They did not take possession of the unit until it was cleared with [redacted].  To address the electrical issues, the electrician went on a Sunday and no one answered the door.  The husband said he was working and that the wife was home.  Again, the electrician tried calling and was not able to gain access that Sunday.  They were in such a hurry and agreed to take possession of the unit and work with us on the items that needed to be completed.  We arranged delivery of a stove and had the refrig cleaned and installed in their unit.  They did not contact us to say the stove was not working.  There also seems to be some confusion as to whom to call for access to the unit.  We also have photos of this unit and disclosed that the entire roof of the building had been replaced and the damages repaired.  The a/c repairman has told us that they continue to set the a/c unit at 60 degrees which creates a problem with then unit.  It is not designed to do what they want it to do.   Also, they have a dog in the unit which is a violation of their lease and we were going to address this at their appointment instead of giving a 7 day notice to correct.  They previewed this unit before entering into a lease and again, they were made aware of the items that needed to be completed.  Thank you the opportunity to explain the situation. Sincerely,[redacted]Broker
