This business is lying.  Attached is a copy of the original iMessage correspondence from Steve, the owner himself.  Message is dated Tues, Oct. 25 at 10:02am.  You will see that they are lying about agreeing to 2-week turnaround.  This was promised to get me to send the deposit... which I did.Typical "bait and switch" scheme.  Promise one thing.  Take the deposit.  Don't follow through on promise and then keep the money.All they have to do is apologize... say the order slipped through the cracks and return the money.And, especially given that they've admitted they have other places to ship the flooring... shouldn't be a problem.Based on the fact that they will STILL not refund the money and on the fact that they have a 100% negative rating on Revdex.com (read the reviews and complaints), I STRONGLY suggest not doing business with this company.Do your homework...Sincerely,
