This place has terrible customer service. They lost my items and sent me a bill, what's more is that they stole my money from my car. When I told them I was missing money they said to me that they did not have that history. If you look at their Reviews-Constantly you see people writing that their money is Gone. they deserve 0 STARS and an "F"
I was given information from this company which was false and accrued extra cost out of my pocket.
I was informed and guarenteed that my vehicle had some mechanical issue and did not get power to the vehicle, they stated they went out to the vehicle several times to jump start the vehicle, based on this information our company made the dicission to not send this vehicle to local auction and to transport the vehicle back to *** to have it looked at. When the vehicle Arrived before taking it off the transport trucks trailer we hooked up jumper cables to the vehicle battery and video recorded the episode and the vehicle started right up with absolutely NO ISSUES. I was lied to several times and was disrespected by this company.
We would like to be reimburse the extra $100.00 we paid for the vehicle being inop. shipping fee shipped due to American Recovery Specialist of Florida information they provided.

Our office was contracted by Mr. to repossess a vehicle that was located at an impound lot. The vehicle had mechanical problems and would not start at the time of transport. We made a concession to him and waived the storage bill of $60 for the breakdown in communication between Mr. and the transporter.
We perform a condition report on every vehicle that we repossess. That requires us to start every car when possible. Our lot personnel was unable to start this vehicle while it was in our possession. We reported this to Mr.. At no time were we dishonest with Mr.. He even stated that he knew about the mechanical issues.
Our Regional Operations manager spoke to Mr. explain thee situation and Mr. said he would talk to his transport company.

First of all this has nothing to do with the transporter and everything with you guys telling me several times the vehicle had no power even when you tried to jump start the vehicle. This vehicle was pulled over by the Miami Police and impounded and sat for several weeks causing the drained battery, The battery is located in the TRUNK! Your company lied to me or plainly didn't care about me. Like I said I have the Video of when the vehicle was delivered to me on the transport truck I popped the trunk of the vehicle and Jump started the vehicle and it started right up without any issues at all! due to your company and multiple employees telling me its "certainly a major mechanic issue and NOT the battery"! So you waived my $60 dollars however the cost was $100.00 for an inop. Vehicle reimburse me $40 dollars and I will be Satisfied. Thank You ***.
