Seeking refund for item discarded by company
American recovery services repoed my vehicle from my apartment complex on November After finding out who toed it, I was informed over the phone that all foreign items would be returned to me and that I would have to pay to recover themAll personal itemsI paid the price and received all of my items except my parking passThis parking pass allows me to safely secure my car at my homeWithout it my car gets towedWhich is exactly what happened to my car because I didn't have the parking passI filed a claim and was told I had to wait weeks for a responseI waited weeks before I called them myself to get a responseI haven't been able to get in touch with anyone

Car was taken by American Recovery, not sure if *** other Thorpe address as they only said by *** Will only return what was in car by appt and an $feeI only had licience,registration/handicap decal and garage door clicker in carGirl(wouldn't give her name and very tude) said I could get my plate for free but not the otherShe said everything in car had to be inventoried and boxed upMgr was out of office and rules are rulesTold her I was call you my attorney,she said make sure you tell him it's a repo and our fees are legalThese things would go in a Manila envelope and if not picked up in days they get destroyedHow do I know that somebody doesn't take my decal to use in their car or give out my addressThis is excessive and ridiculous ,not worth $fee
