Customer Service is THE WORST! The people are so rudeWhen you email them asking about questions that you may have about the process of getting certification all they say is "READ the information provided on the ARMA website." That lady Michelle *** is so super rudeI'm only using ARMA because my jobIf I didn't need to, I would not even bother with these peopleCan not believe this lady really send me to read info on the website when I obviously did read everything already but I had questions because some of their information is not clear

If my job didn't require a certification I would never have used ARMA, the only person I can get in contact with is kevin and he never has any information he only regurgitates the info I give him his customer service sucks!!! or it really is above his pay grade as he told me

Paperwork not processed in a timely manner or as stated on the website and their is a lack of communication from Registry staff.I have completed the American Registry of Medical Assistants pre-qualification form more than three times. I received a paper letter stating I would receive the paper application and confirmation within two weeks on November 19 2014 and the same one again on January 2 2015. It is dated wrong on the January 2 (2014) and has spelling errors. I still have not received the paper application and confirmation notice that is specified to be received in 2 weeks within the online form. This entire process has taken more than the explained time frame and is time sensitive in order for me to properly complete my assigned job duties. I am still waiting on the original paper application and confirmation notice. Please contact me so I can move forward with this process. Desired SettlementI would like to receive my paper application so I can complete it and finally obtain a Registered Medical Assistant certificate. This is a time sensative concern of mine and affects my current duties at work. We have sent several emails and left voice messages requesting Medical Assistant certification verification for 5 of our employees with no response.We have been attempting since February 13, 2015 to get certification verifications for 7 of our employees for the medical assistant certifications. We have sent several emails and left voice messages with no response. I have submitted my renewal form and two separate money orders. This company states that they have either not received them or it has gotten lost. Both times the packages were tracked as "arrived" and signed for by this company. I have been in contact with [redacted], the [redacted] of this company and she does not return her emails often. I renewed in November and am still awaiting my licensure renewal card.Product_Or_Service: ARMA License Renewal CardAccount_Number: XXXXXXDesired SettlementI would like to be credited something towards the next year of renewal as a quarter of this year is over.
