All businesses in the area were instructed by local leaders to, "Buckle Down" and prepare for people using the Eclipse event as a vacation, thus turning Rexburg into a sort of resort town? Because of this, we were cautioned that the influx of vacationers would not only over run Rexburg, but our businesses and that we should examine and adjust our prices accordingly.For me, that meant that my equipment (Laser Tag vests, arena, Golf course, etc.) would get used much more carelessly and damaged than normal? So to mitigate this, I adjusted my prices to counter the expected damages.These prices were up on the board and on our website? I do admit that the board wasn't as well lit as I would have liked? We were trying to do a cool black light sign and it did not turn out as well as we wanted.I do feel bad that he came in during the Eclipse? It stinks that his trip was marred my this experience? I cannot give him his money back, but I am more than willing to talk about other things I could do through the business to make sure he knows that I DO value his business and would like to make this right between us
