We have requested that the customer send pictures of the powder he received so we can be certain everything is correct in his order and we have yet to receive the requested pictures as of 4/30/15. In addition to that the customer sent us exhaustive data on his load recipe for this powder which was directly against the load data instructions we specify in the item description which may have directly led to pressure problems due to inadequate powder charge which is a common mistake. Once we get the pictures back we are determined to do the right thing on our part if in fact any responsibility lies on us. Customer has yet to return repeated phone messages as of 4/30/15. We welcome full information to ensure we have given this client the best customer service we can provide.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:They are liars.  They wanted me to return a hazardous product at my expense and they refused to arrange for their carrier to schedule a pick up.  I am willing to return, but they are too arrogant and untrustworthy to reach an agreement.Also, just because they state that they have sold x number of tons of this without incident is meaningless.  They container they sent me had no seal and therefore,  there was no way to ensure that the contents were untampered with.Sincerely,[redacted]
