Because of the virus spreading in Wisconsin, our Event in Wisconsin Dells was cancelled. We cancelled our room reservation at the American Resort, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. They are charging us a $25.00 cancellation & handling fee. I asked for a refund on My credit card. They refused. They said they will give us a credit of $25.00 to use in the future. We will never use it, since this was a one time stay. This is very unfair!
We had refunded the guest the 25$ transaction fee back to the guest. Please note that the refund will take 3-7 business days to reflect on the account. Thank you!
