American Restoration & Rebuilders is not a company that stands for or by the very meaning of AmericanThere is no pride or integrity in their work whatsoeverTheir business is advertised as a fire and water restoration company but ironically enough, they fail to mention their involvement in purchasing and flipping homes for resale under this same company nameI have had the unfortunate experience of buying a home from American Restoration & Rebuilders and feel their business tactics are unprofessional, underhanded and plain dangerousThroughout my real estate transaction, American Restoration & Rebuilders failed to adhere to the property sales agreement/ contract in terms of the repairs needed in my home This was an ongoing battle with company owners *** & *** *** of American RestorationOnce they realized they overpriced my home given the comparables in my area and weren't going to make the money they set out to make, they hemmed and hawed to fix anything and threatened that they wouldn't go through with the transaction at all if they had to make these necessary repairs! This coming after I had already put down deposits, put my belongings in storage and moved from my former residence awaiting my settlement!
One major issue they refused to fix in my home after already agreeing to was the electrical Nearly every outlet in my home has reverse polarity and has loose connectionsI even found circuits that they "jumped" which is illegal! Interesting that a company who helps families after a fire would rig electrical that could cause firesWhat a disgraceAs far as Rebuilders, don't ever let this company BUILD you anything, certainly not a deck for that matter! They pretended to build me one that they never had the township inspectWhen I moved in, a family member of mine almost fell off of it! I had the township come and inspect the deck that *** *** constructed and it failed township inspection!!!!! So dangerousNo integrity yet againThe township made *** come back and properly bolt/attach my deck to the houseI would NEVER recommend this company to anyoneThey are out to make a fast buck, cut corners and do not possess qualities of good craftsmanship A dangerous combination to say the least

I have had the unfortunate experience of buying a home from American Restoration & Rebuilders and feel their business tactics are unprofessional, underhanded and plain dangerous. Throughout my real estate transaction, American Restoration & Rebuilders failed to adhere to the property sales agreement/ contract in terms of the repairs needed in my home.
