American Revenue Management acknowledges the correspondence received from the Revdex.com.
This communication will...

serve to confirm that our office has reviewed the matter and found that consumer's complaint is related to expectations that can't be fulfilled under collection industry and business practices driven by Fair Credit Reporting Act laws.
The remaining reporting of the contents of conversations were matched against our recordings and we found that there was no misinformation on the part of our staff. It is simply a matter of recollection which incidentally is not corroborated by the recorded conversations, and the filter of personal interpretation.
A rebuttal with our findings has been prepared for the consumer. We regret that due to governing law regarding the matter of Third Party Disclosure, this office is barred from providing Revdex.com with a copy of the rebuttal being mailed to the consumer on this date.
However a copy of this reply to Revdex.com is being included with the documents being mailed to the consumer, and Revdex.com can obtain a copy directly from the consumer as a means to close this frivolous matter.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/06/05) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The mismatch of information that was made by American Revenue Ms [redacted] was in my last conversation was the reason that a settlement letter was not sent out to me upon three different request was because you didn't have a correct address but my address 994 Beech St was given as the address that you had on file for me by your representative. Upon our initial contact my updated address was provided to American Revenue. My acknowledging that statement is in the recording.
When it was stated by Ms. [redacted] that I was going to ask family members to borrow the money, that was a suggestion that was made by a representative that I rebutted however it is documented that I said I was going to ask a family member for money to handle this debt and that was never my intention or stated. That is also on the recording with the gentleman and Me [redacted].
It seems as though American Revenue Management representatives are inaccurately recording information that is given in their documentation and legally there is nothing frivolous about that. If American Revenue has actually listened to each of the recording what I am saying should be easily confirmed.
