I would responded to the August inquiry but did not receive the email until yesterday's. Per the *** complaint ***:The registration form that he filled out and the invoice of his bill said "no refunds of the deposit" however I emailed him yesterday and decided to refund him because I
didn't want to deal with him talking poorly about the program. Would I have been correct in keeping the money he paid because of the notice?Thank youPeter

Review: By January 29th 2014 I paid [redacted] and American Revolution Lacrosse Club $4300.00. This was money for my son to travel to Denmark and the United Kingdom to play lacrosse for American Revolution Lacrosse club in July 2014, it was also to cover costs of equipment. 2 days prior to leaving, [redacted] and American Revolution lacrosse cancelled the trip. It is now January 2015 and I have not received any of my money back. [redacted] and American Revolution have sent me several emails claiming they are going to pay me back. In fact, one email claimed they were going to pay me back in November 2014. I recently received an email (December 6th 2014) asking for my correct address in order to mail me a check. Still I have got no refund of any kind. Meanwhile, [redacted] and American Revolution Lacrosse continue to advertise various trips and are still taking others money. This is my first step in trying to get my money backDesired Settlement: I simply want my money back. I think giving [redacted] and American Revolution 6 months to pay me back was fair.

Review: In August 2014 my son was invited to participate in a fall program with Revolution Lacrosse. The cost was $1600. I provided the required deposit of $40O in August. As the time of the first tournament approached, I sent a check for the remaining balance of $1200. The coach, [redacted], reached out and said that the first tournament would be cancelled because of injury of various team members. He never deposited the check and reduced the balance owed to $800. for the remaining tournament. Just before that tournament, the coach again reached out to us all and said the entire season would be cancelled because of continued injury and prior commitments on the part of players. We were told that payment would be refunded. Coach [redacted] confirmed that he would not deposit the final payment. I reached out to remind him that the deposit of $400 was never refunded. I also provided a copy of the cancelled check. I have contacted him via email on a couple of occasions. I have received no reply.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of the $400. deposit. No services were ever provided.

Review: We paid American Revolution Lacrosse $425 for a Lacrosse camp in Oceanside, CA which was to occur from June 29th to July 1st of 2015. We received an email from the company director and head coach, Peter T[redacted], approximately a week before the camp indicating that, due to low attendance, he needed to cancel the camp and that we would be receiving a full refund (as well as a small gift).

This is not the first time Peter / American Revolution has not delivered on his contracted commitments. We also paid him $250 for video footage of our son at tournament in Del Mar, CA in January 2015, which we never received. We have contacted him at least 15 times to request the video and most recently (4 times in the past two months) to request refunds or at least an estimation of when we might receive the money, with no response. We have several other families here in California as well as Washington and Oregon who are in the same boat.

I also note, that based on the online research I have done, he has taken money from families all across the country using the same ploy. Basically, this guy continues to solicit deposits for tournaments and camps which he has no intention of holding.Desired Settlement: We want a refund in the amount of $425 that we paid in advance for the Western ID Showcase, Oceanside, CA which was canceled by American Revolution and a refund of $250 for the video from the Adrenaline Challenge in Del Mar, CA that we paid for and never received. A total of $675.

Review: Peter T[redacted] collected monies for the club and was to schedule for training and followup lacrosse events, he never acknowledge after payment was made. He was contacted via both email and phone and never responded. The organization is still trying to entice people with false claims for upcoming events. He is quick to respond if he thinks he is getting monies but does not respond to people who are trying to get their money back for services not delivered.Desired Settlement: Full refund and the dissolution of the company.

Review: I registered with American Revolution Lacrosse for a camp they were conducting listed as the Western ID Showcase to be held June 29 - July 1, 2015. Funds were paid to the American Revolution Lacrosse in the amount of $625.00 in February of 2015. I was notified via email on June 23, 2015 from Peter T[redacted] the event had to be cancelled and full refunds would be issued promptly. I immediately replied to him as requested, verifying my mailing address to send the refund to. I have followed up via email several times with no response. The phone number listed on his email is not answered and no reply phone calls have been made to me regarding the refund.Desired Settlement: I am seeking assistance to obtain a full refund in my fees paid to this company.

Review: My son was to travel with American revolution lacrosse to europe in August of 2014. The trip was cancelled a few days prior to the trip. [redacted] the director said that because it was the organizations decision to cancel the trip that we would be refunded our cost of the trip which was $4000.00. The last text he sent was in early Dec. asking for our address in which to send the refund. That was the last text that we received. He has not responded to our emails, phone calls or text.Desired Settlement: We would like to have a full refund- nothing less. If we have to go to court to get our refund we will be asking for all expenses associated with getting our refund...court, travel and legal expenses.
