Review: Arived at the dental office late and was told that since I was late they will not reschedule me and if I would like my paperwork shreded or to have it back on my way out. This is a health issue because my mouth is in critical condition and needs medical attention immediately. I already waited a month to see this doctor. I had everything required to see this doctor including funds and insurance. Why was I not allowed to be rescheduled? Why was I turned away?Desired Settlement: Explaination of why I'm not allowed to be seen by these dentists.

[redacted] husband, [redacted] was originally scheduled for a consultation appointment on 05/09/16 at 12:45 PM. His appointment was confirmed the day prior, however, [redacted] failed to show to this appointment. We called to ask if he was on his way or if he'd like to reschedule the appointment at 12:55pm, but the call went to voicemail. [redacted] called back a week later to reschedule, and at that time, he was told that we need a 24 hour notice if he needed to reschedule the appointment that was then made for 06/20/16 at 1:45 PM. On 06/19/16, the appointment was again confirmed. [redacted], the husband, called 1 hour prior to the appointment to say he only had $39 of the $59 consultation fee and asked if we could "spot him $20." He was advised that the full $59 would be due at the time of service. He agreed and said he would find the money. The patient did not arrive to the office until 2:40PM, almost 1 hour after his scheduled appointment time. Dr. [redacted] was working 6:30-2:30 that do, so of course, he had already left the office. We advised the patient that he was 55 minutes late to the appointment and Dr. had already gone home. Due to missing 2 new patient consultations, he was advised to find another facility. We value the patients and Doctors time and do everything we can to stay on time. This patient failed 2 confirmed consultation appointments.
