I got this for my daughter to use, and it costs the other person to talk to you. I am cancelling it and asking for a refund. I don't reccommend this service at all.

I did not receive a prepaid PIN, only a message that said the transaction was declined for $15 twice. A total of $30 15/Nov/2016
Funds were deducted from my account. I requested a refund online, the company does not have a phone number to speak to a person.
