You can see in the email conversation, that we attempted to make it right, however customer insisted we made his custom order wrong We only make custom products, based on the specifications ordered/chosen by the customer(s) on the website We never, at any time told the customer that this was his problem,not ours We were, however following our return policy procedures It seems that this customer has (since the first email sent to us)a severe problem with us But like the correspondence states, we attempted to make it right We opted to just return rather than exchange as we felt that nothing we did would make him happy
