never received the amount necessary to start the construction project. As the contract was for engineering and drawings which were procured and delivered, but we had received no response from the payee, also an individual who alleged to be our attorney defrauded our company which we communicated to [redacted] we do have an attorney here in our [redacted] office who is handling the litigation and points of fraud as well as working with the necessary authorities to take the necessary actions against one [redacted] and a [redacted] for fraud, theft and embezzlement, which we believe they attempted to extol monies from our customer [redacted], whom we firmly advised that these individuals are attempting a scam of some kind.
